Welcome to Tiny Arms Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Tiny Arms Studio offers handmade, made-to-order, custom, personalized, printed, and third-party fulfilled products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, materials, descriptions, and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, materials, manufacturing process, or the handmade nature of an item.

Because many Tiny Arms Studio products are handmade, 3D printed, engraved, printed on demand, or individually customized, minor variations may occur from item to item. These variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate photographs, names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, and other personalization information when placing an order.

Please carefully review all customization information before submitting your order.

Tiny Arms Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.

Custom and personalized items may be final sale once design or production work has begun, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Customer-Submitted Photos and Content

When you submit a photograph, image, text, logo, or other material for use in a custom product, you represent that:

You own the material or have permission to use it.
You have the right to authorize Tiny Arms Studio to use it to fulfill your order.
The material does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

By submitting content, you grant Tiny Arms Studio permission to reproduce, crop, edit, convert, trace, stylize, print, engrave, model, or otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your requested product.

This permission is limited to providing your order unless additional permission is separately obtained from you.

We reserve the right to refuse custom content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, or our business standards.

5. Custom Artwork and Design Interpretation

Some custom products require artistic interpretation of customer-submitted photographs or ideas.

The finished product may differ from the original photograph because of limitations or characteristics associated with:

3D printing
Layered artwork
Color reduction
Filament colors
Engraving
Print resolution
Materials
Manufacturing methods

These differences are a normal part of the creation process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, technical errors, or inappropriate customization requests.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated as required during checkout.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or limits on use.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Only one discount may be used per order when required by the promotion.
Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.

9. Production and Processing Times

Processing or production times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Custom, personalized, handmade, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

During holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control, production times may be longer than normal.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates begin after an order has completed production and has been transferred to the carrier.

Tiny Arms Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, transportation interruptions, or other delays that occur after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged orders, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tiny Arms Studio name, branding, logos, product photography, original designs, graphics, website content, written content, and other original materials belong to Tiny Arms Studio or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our original content without written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, graphics, or intellectual property rights unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
Transmit malicious code or harmful technology.
Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems.

Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.

3D-printed decorative products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, or other conditions that could cause deformation or damage unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and quality products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided on an "as available" basis without additional warranties except those expressly stated or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Arms Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
