For the best result, choose a photo that is:

• Clear, bright, and in focus
• Taken close enough to clearly see the main subject
• Free from heavy filters
• An original image rather than a screenshot
• Focused on approximately 1–3 people or pets

Photos with good contrast and clearly visible faces or features generally create the strongest layered portraits.

Fine details, patterns, and backgrounds may be simplified to create a clean finished design.

Please remember: Photo Minis are an artistic interpretation of your photograph created with layers of colored filament. They are not photographic prints.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO

After placing your order, send the original, highest-quality version of your photograph through Etsy Messages.

Production will begin once your photo has been received and reviewed.

If I believe another photograph would create a better finished piece, I'll contact you through Etsy Messages before beginning your design.

Each photograph is individually prepared and converted into a simplified layered design before being 3D printed.

Depending on the photograph, I may:

• Crop the image
• Remove or simplify the background
• Adjust the composition
• Simplify small details
• Emphasize the main subject

These adjustments help create the strongest possible portrait within the layered 3D style.
